The journal is published by IC Ilim. The activities of the center are aimed at scientific and research work, quarterly in journals in four languages ​​(Kyrgyz, Russian, English, Chinese) articles are published by academicians, professors, doctors and candidates of sciences, graduate students of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as higher educational institutions of the republic, concerning all branches of science.

The purpose of the center is to publish articles containing scientific discoveries, research in the republic, disseminate their work in the republic and neighboring states, publish the works of scientists working in the field of domestic science, publish the works of graduate students taking their first steps in science. The magazines published in the publishing center are distributed in Kazakhstan, Turkey, China, Russia, as well as in neighboring countries.
