JUDICIAL JURISDICTION IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC. GENERAL CONCEPTS

Abstract

The article provides general concepts of judicial jurisdiction with examples, as well as definitions of the competence and powers of the courts. It also explores the concepts of territorial and specialized jurisdiction, the structure, functions of the general jurisdiction court system, and the objectives of the courts. It defines subject-matter, territorial, and instance jurisdiction. It also explores the views of some lawyers who point to the revival of the judicial system as an interdisciplinary area
of doctrinal research in unity with the practical implementation of the laws of development of judicial authority, the judicial system, and the judicial system. The article explores the etymology of jurisdiction in the classical period of Roman law and in the archaic period of Roman law. The article examines the historical aspects of the development of the judicial system of Kyrgyzstan, including all instances. It also examines the legal factors in the development of the judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic under the conditions of sovereignty, with an indication of some of the main regulatory legal acts of the state. The article concludes with brief conclusions on the general concepts of judicial jurisdiction.
